Big Thank You from Arthur
Arthur Ritchie, a 47 year old Glasgow man with epilepsy, and friend Ann Faulds organised a 5K charity walk in aid of Scottish Epilepsy Initiative, raising over a thousand pounds for the organisation. Due to his condition Arthur is a registered disabled person and lives in residential care.
He is, however, a very active man who is currently doing a photography course and also enjoys model making, birdwatching and reading.
Arthur turned his attention to fundraising as a thank you for the help he had received as a patient of Professor Brodie, Chairman of SEI.
Arthur explained that; “I just wanted to do something to help the initiative and to say thanks to Professor Brodie”.
SEI would like to say a big thank you back to Arthur – well done!
